8K a year 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago AMI is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support for, and work alongside, the Executive team members in the Corporate office location in West Atlantic City, NJ.
This position will provide direct support to AMI's CEO, CFO, and President on a variety of matters.
The ideal candidate has experience handling highly confidential & time sensitive matters, exercising independent judgement when problem solving, developing creative solutions, and is accustomed to supporting an Executive team.

The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and President, include but are not limited to:
Coordinating and overseeing all meetings on behalf of the CEO/CFO/President; Prepare the meeting agenda, prepare and copy/collate documents for the meeting, take attendance and take the meeting minutes; Channeling and regulating the flow of information to/from the CEO/CFO/President; Managing the daily schedule for the CEO/CFO/President, scheduling and arranging meetings and/or calls; Oversee reporting on behalf of the CEO/CFO/President including, but not limited to, monthly updates; communications to/from the Radiologists and members of Management; and metric reporting; Assisting with creating effective PowerPoint Presentations and maintaining Excel files; Executing significant reports required for the Executive team as well as the Finance & Accounting departments; Collecting required documentation for and reviewing contracts (vendor & physician), banking & loans, and other Finance-related items; Answering calls and responding to general phone inquiries on behalf of the CEO, President and/or CFO; Handle confidential and sensitive issues/information according to AMI policies and standards; Liaison at CEO/CFO/President level with Radiologists and Senior Management; Drafting correspondences on behalf of the CEO/CFO/President; Various administrative/clerical duties; and Other duties as assigned.
This is a full time, 40 hour per week, exempt position based in the AMI Corporate office location in West Atlantic City, NJ.
At times, the schedule will flex to include after-hours or evening meetings.
Travel to other AMI office locations or offsite locations for meetings may be required.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Candidates must be well-skilled with demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook (email and calendar management), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; the ability to create effective presentations in Power Point is a necessary ability in this role.
Prior experience in an Executive support role is required and candidates are subject to reference checks.
Prior professional experience in a medical setting or the healthcare industry is a plus.
Impeccable and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for success in this position.
Strong organization skills, the ability to effectively problem solve & develop solutions, as well as prioritization of competing tasks & deadlines are also critical qualifications associated with this role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
